^really want to try this…
So far I’ve had a decent eating day… cereal and coffee, lean cuisine meal, chicken with roasted potatoes and green beans.
If I only have a salad for snack and get in my 45 mins of exercise I’ll feel accomplished. Last night at midnight I did 50 minutes. I also have to clean my room.
If I feel like if I start to lose control, I’ve considered buying sleeping pills and maybe taking them every night at nine. Can’t eat if I’m sleeping, right?
Oh, I bought a bag of chips last night and then purged. Loser.
I want this. If not this summer, next.
